Parked — Not linear. Can occur at any stage.
These are not pipeline stages — they are destinations a file can reach from any point in Before, During, or After. Every parked state has its own documented process.

Does Not Qualify. Client handled with care — explanation and a realistic path to future qualification where possible.

Deferred Opportunity
Client is interested but not ready. A re-engagement date or trigger is set. Relationship is maintained until they're ready to proceed.
Life event Timing Not ready
Lost
Client will not proceed. File is closed, outcome captured. Door is left open for future re-engagement.
